You know something needs to change. You've probably known for a while. But you've convinced yourself it's not that bad, and that you should be able to figure it out on your own. That's usually right about when people find their way here.
Our journey isn't just one story, but a multitude of experiences we’ve lived along the way. Some chapters are harder than others, and most of us hit a point where we need a healthy outlet to work through what's going on. I provide online therapy in New Jersey to clients who are good people in a tough chapter, and they're ready to do the work even when it’s hard.
The goal of online therapy, is to build the life you want to live
Feel Lighter
You'll leave every session with something; whether that's a new way of looking at a situation, a boundary you finally have the words for, or just the relief of saying something out loud that's been sitting with you for a while.
Get Unstuck
In our work together, we'll figure out what's been keeping you stuck, connect the dots between where those patterns come from and how they're showing up in your life today, and work on shifting them.
Gain Insight
I want you to leave every session knowing something you didn't know when you walked in. Feeling heard matters, but leaving with a new understanding of yourself matters just as much.

I’m a licensed therapist providing online therapy for individuals and couples in New Jersey and Connecticut. I've spent my career working with high achievers, C-suite executives, young professionals, and couples in all stages of a relationship who are thriving in many areas of their life and quietly struggling in others.
My style is direct, engaged, intentional, and a lot more conversational than you might expect therapy to be. I'm in it with you, asking the questions that need asking, identifying the patterns worth looking at, and making sure you leave every session with a takeaway. Alongside the meaningful work we do together, clients often notice there is plenty of room for laughter in our sessions. To me, that speaks to what therapy should truly feel like: focused, collaborative, and authentic.
You're used to figuring things out. And if I had to guess, that's probably how you got where you are today. But there's a difference between managing your life well and actually enjoying it. The stress you can't dial down when you leave the office, the relationship challenges you've been putting off dealing with, the feeling that you're stuck somewhere between the life you have and the one you actually want. You’re ready to look at it all, even the parts that feel uncomfortable, and create shifts and new ways of living. And I'm ready to help you get started.
I work with high achievers who are often winning in the boardroom but struggling in their personal life. Whether you're dealing with work stress that you can't turn off when you get home, relationship challenges, life transitions, the frustrations of navigating modern dating, and anything else in between.
Most couples that come to therapy say that 80% of their relationship feels good but the other 20% feels really heavy. Couples therapy helps you slow down and actually hear each other. I help you navigate big decisions, feel more connected to each other, and work through the conversations you keep having over and over again.
The journey to becoming a parent is one of the biggest life transitions you'll go through, and for most couples, it doesn't look the way you expected it to. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or trying to figure out who you and your partner are now that life has changed, this is a space for both of you to feel supported.
For the clients I work with, being able to block off an hour during the workday from their home or their office makes it that much easier to show up consistently. No babysitter to arrange, no traffic to sit in, no showing up to a session already frazzled because of the commute.
The online therapy platform I use is simple, secure, and easy to navigate, even if you're not particularly tech savvy. All you need is a quiet space and a willingness to do the work.
I'm an active participant in your process:
You're not going to come to therapy and just talk things out. I'll pull from past conversations to connect the dots as we go, offer techniques and strategies you can use outside of session, and make sure each session is tailored to what you need in that moment. I picture it as taking a needle and thread and weaving through all the pieces to connect them to what's happening in the here and now.
Uncomfortable does not equal bad:
There will be times in our work together when things feel uncomfortable. That isn't a sign that something is wrong, it's usually where the patterns holding you back reside. True comfort often keeps us stagnant, while leaning into the challenging work creates long term growth.
Every therapy session should teach you something:
While feeling heard is a vital part of the work, the ultimate goal is helping you gain true self understanding. I blend education and relatable examples into our conversations, making sure you walk away from every session with takeaways and usable tools.
Therapy is not a light switch:
Things don't change automatically and I'll never pretend otherwise. Some things shift quickly, but most patterns take time. Sometimes you can logically see what needs to change and you're not emotionally ready to make that move yet. That's okay. We can work on sitting with it and then prepare to move when you're ready.
Curiosity is one of the most important tools we have:
I ask my clients to stay curious; about themselves, about the people in their lives, about what comes up for them between sessions. Curiosity allows us to think bigger than ourselves and look at things from different perspectives and lenses. It's something I bring into every session and something I’ll help you develop more of through our work together.

What are your session fees?
Session fees vary depending on session length and whether you are interested in couples therapy or individual therapy. Please contact me to discuss my session rates.
Do you only offer online therapy sessions?
Yes, I offer teletherapy sessions on a HIPAA compliant video platform to NJ and CT residents.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not directly participate with any insurance plans. As an out-of-network provider, a super bill will be provided to you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if you choose to do so. Many people have out-of-network benefits and can be reimbursed for psychotherapy services by as much as 50-80%, depending on the plan.

Here are some questions that may be helpful to ask your insurance company:
How do I make payments?
Payment is accepted in the form of credit card, debit cards, FSA, or HSA cards. Payments are due at the time of the session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and rescheduled sessions require at least a 24 hour notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will still be responsible for the full session fee.
What can I expect in the initial consultation?
The initial video consultation call is an opportunity to learn more about my practice, answer questions you may have, and to learn more about what you hope to get out of therapy. Together we will decide if my practice is the best fit for your needs.
Before we do anything else, we start with a complimentary 15 minute video call. It's a chance for you to share a little about what's going on, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for whether working together makes sense. If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule your first session from there.
This contact form is not monitored 24/7 and is not intended for crisis situations. If you're in crisis or need immediate support, please reach out to the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
Thank you for reaching out!
I'll be in touch via email within the next few business days.
